# Unlocking Answers

### Discord

Once you are subscribed (if not, read [this](/hero-hw-services/guides/get-started.md#how-to-purchase-a-subscription)), go to the private Discord and in the respective channel, paste your link.<br>

Note, #egg is just short formed for Chegg to avoid getting flagged. Channels like #turnitin have information in them on how to use it, not a field to paste links.

Also, Chegg, CourseHero, StuDocu and Turnitin have daily limits (different quantities) to [prevent abuse](/hero-hw-services/faq.md#are-there-limits-to-the-usage) of the service.
