Can I share my subscription with someone else?

Unauthorized redistribution of unlocks or sharing of access of the subscription will result in a permanent ban without a refund. Such actions constitute abuse of our platform and will not be tolerated. We take the security and integrity of our service very seriously and will take all necessary measures to protect it.

Are there limits to the usage?

We have designed our service to be as user-friendly as possible and, in most cases, there are no limits on the number of answers you can unlock. However, to prevent abuse and ensure stability and good performance for all users, there is a cooldown for Chegg only to maintain uptime on our service and ensure we don't get flagged on their systems.

Chegg technically isn't unlimited to offer for us but we have large quantities and scale of volume to never reach full capacity, thus being unlimited for the users. As a result, we monitor overusage and have systems to flag excessive, non-normal behaviour.

How reliable is this service? Is it accessible 24/7?

Yes, we are proud to be available 24/7 as our systems are fully automated from the buying process, to onboarding, to unlocking links. We strive to continue improving the service to maintain reliable so you can use the service when you need it the most. Additionally, we have several redundancy checks incase parts of our software fails, which would keep it working and we work around the clock. Incidents can occur though and there sometimes may be issues with the service due to partner services we rely upon (proxies, hosting providers etc...) and may be out of our control however we do promise to keep our users updated on our private Discord and can provide additional free days if need be.

Will schools find out about me using this?

Services like Chegg report your IP and payment information to universities however by using Hero HW Services, all your unlocks and requests go through our system which get routed through secure proxies, and obfuscates your request so these services have no trace back to you. Answers hosted on our site are deleted after a while and a copy of the file is given to you to download, which is available offline as well. You can trust our team to ensure your privacy and confidentiality is kept.

Is this a recurring subscription?

No. We provide a pass type system (non-recurring) where your purchases are single use only and once it expires, you can repurchase to use again. If you purchase while your current subscription is active, the number of days on your new purchase will be added onto your current subscription to extend the expiry time. This way you are never charged without your knowledge, even by mistake and we do not store your payment information as we go through secure merchant services like PayPal and Stripe.

How can you detect subscription sharing?

We have a number of systems running that flag unusual behaviour that we can't share as it would defeat the purpose. If you are a regular user and don't have malicious intent, you do not need to worry as our systems are designed to catch fraudulent users only. If you do get flagged and believe you have not violated our terms, please reach out to our support via Sellix or Discord and we will review your case accordingly.

Do you allow posting new questions?

No. We don't post new questions on Chegg, Coursehero or any of the other services we unlock for. You can use GPT-4 in this scenario to get some kind of an answer for your question.
